How we handle your information.
Effective October 29, 2026. This notice covers petram.ai, run by Petram Group LLC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Work we do for clients is covered by each client's engagement agreement, not by this page.
What this site collects
- The plan builder runs in your browser. It stores nothing. Google Analytics records which options are picked, so we can see which concerns visitors share, but not who picked them.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to learn how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on the booking button and the email address. It sets first-party cookies (named
_ga) that tell visits apart and can last up to two years. We have turned off Google's options to use this data for its own products and do not use it for advertising. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. To opt out, use Google's opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser. - Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie to block automated traffic.
- Visit counts. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
When you contact us
- Booking a conversation. The booking button opens a Google Calendar booking page. The name, email and any notes you enter there go to Google and to us, and Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
- Email. Mail you send to hello@petram.ai comes to us.
We use what you send to reply, schedule, prepare for our conversation and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for the relationship. We delete it on request unless we must keep it for legal, tax or contract reasons. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@petram.ai.
Other notes
- Browsers' Do Not Track signals do not change how this site works. The opt-out add-on above is the way to stop Google Analytics.
- This site is not directed to children under 13.
