AI implementation · Leadership advisory

Build on rock.

Petram helps organizations adopt AI and build the leadership teams that make it work. We assess where you stand, put the right tools in place, train your people, and stay with you after launch. Underneath it all, we do the organizational-health work that gets your top team pulling in one direction and lets each person do their best work.

What we do

Three practices. One aim: AI that holds.

Most organizations are told to adopt AI quickly. The ones that get value from it set it up properly, change how the work is done, and have a leadership team that agrees on where it fits. We do all three.

Practice I of III

AI Implementation

We set it up.

A governed AI workspace, typically in about 30 days. We choose tools that fit your data and your obligations, write a use policy people actually read, rebuild the one workflow that matters most, and train your people by role.

  • Tool selection under business data terms
  • An AI use policy, signed off by leadership
  • Your highest-impact workflow rebuilt with AI
  • Role-based training sessions
  • A baseline, then results at 30, 60 and 90 days
Practice II of III

Organizational Health

Then it sticks.

Technology changes nothing a leadership team won't agree to. We help leaders build trust, debate the real issues, commit to decisions, and hold each other to them, so change has somewhere to land.

  • Leadership offsites with follow-through
  • An operating rhythm: meetings, scorecards, decision rights
  • Role clarity and team fit
  • A plan for how AI changes each role
Practice III of III

Executive Coaching

And leaders grow with it.

For leaders whose work is changing under them. One-to-one coaching for owners, executives and rising leaders, including the change AI brings to their own roles. Confidential, structured, practical.

  • Three- or six-month engagements
  • Clear goals, set with you at the start
  • An iPEC-trained coach

Discovery, then setup

Discovery first. Then setup, typically in about 30 days.

Every engagement starts with Discovery, so the setup is built on what your organization actually needs. Setup is the implementation, and we do it with you rather than handing you a slide deck. The goal at the end of setup: your people using AI on real work, under a policy your leadership has signed.

DISCOVERY

Research and diligence

Your needs, your organization and the tools that fit, from conversations with leadership and the people who do the work. We choose the first workflow and record how long it takes today. A staff survey and an AI use policy if you want them.

SETUP · WEEKS I AND II

Set up and govern

Tools provisioned in your environment under commercial terms, access set by role, and the use policy drafted with your leaders, if Discovery did not already produce it.

SETUP · WEEK III

Rebuild the work

We rebuild the one workflow that will make the biggest difference, side by side with the people who own it, and write a short playbook for it. One done well comes before the next.

SETUP · WEEK IV

Train and measure

Role-based training, policy sign-off, and a first read on time saved and quality. Then a 60- and 90-day plan.

The goal at the end of setup

  • AI tools live in your environment
  • A signed AI use policy
  • Your highest-impact workflow rebuilt
  • A playbook for that workflow
  • Trained staff, by role
  • A baseline and first measurements
  • A record of decisions for auditors and examiners
  • A 60- and 90-day plan

Build your first 30 days

See what an engagement would look like for you.

Choose where your hours go and what worries you most. The plan shows where we would start, what we would protect, and what we would measure.

Where the first workflow could come from

      What we'd protect

      What we'd measure

An illustrative plan. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your organization.

      How we work

      Foundations before features.

Four commitments shape every engagement, whether it is a setup of about thirty days or six months of coaching.

      Foundation first

People and process come before tools. We fix how the work flows, then decide where AI belongs in it.

      Governed by default

Policy, access, and records are part of the setup, not an afterthought. Every choice is written down so you can defend it.

      Measured, not promised

We record how long the work takes before we start and report what changed after. No vague claims about productivity.

      Plain language

No jargon and no theater. Your leaders and your staff should understand exactly what we did and why.

We work inside your environment where we can. We choose business and enterprise AI services whose current terms exclude training on your data, and we check those terms before we recommend them.

      Who we serve

Teams that want AI to work, and to get stronger doing it.

Whether you are a team of five or five hundred, size and industry matter less than commitment: leaders ready to invest real time and attention in getting this right, and people willing to change how the work gets done.

      Owners and leadership teams

Whether it is a founder and two partners or a full executive team: leaders who trust each other, argue about the real issues, commit, and hold each other to it. That is where every AI decision gets made or stalls.

      Offsites, operating rhythm, decision rights

      The people doing the work

Clear roles, the right tools, and training on their actual tasks, so each person spends their time on the work they are best at.

Role clarity, hands-on training, ongoing support

      Work with obligations attached

If you answer to regulators, auditors, or clients with strict confidentiality terms, we write the policy and keep the records so the setup holds up when someone asks.

Policy, access, and a written record of every decision

      Petram Labs

      Purpose-built tools for specialized industries.

Alongside the program, we are building focused AI tools for industries with specialized work, starting with law firms and banks. Each one keeps a person in the loop and shows its sources. They are in development; we demonstrate them on request with sample data.

      For law firms

      Matter intake triage

Reads a new inquiry, routes it to the right practice group, prepares the conflicts check, and lists what is missing before anyone spends an hour on it.

      For banks

      Credit memo first draft

Drafts the credit memo from the loan file, with every figure cited back to the page it came from, so the analyst reviews instead of retyping.

      Policy assistant

Answers staff questions from your own policies, quotes the passage it relied on, and says plainly when the answer is not in the policy.

      About

      Pete Dolan

      Founder & Principal

Pete advises owners and leadership teams on AI adoption and organizational health: the trust, alignment, and accountability that let a top team work as one and let each person do their best work. He has led both organizational-health engagements and AI implementations.

He was part of the team that guided a large multinational nonprofit through an organization-wide transformation.

He studied philosophy and theology in Rome, graduating summa cum laude, and trained as a coach through iPEC. That mix shows up in the work: careful thinking about how people decide and change, joined to practical setup that works on a Monday morning.

      Why Petram

Petram is Latin for rock. It comes from the parable of the house built on rock that stood when the storm came. We think AI holds the same way.
